Daydreaming Club

I love the specificity of this. I'm so in, Jay. It's so interesting. You talk about continuity of dreaming and how it showed up when you woke up versus being in a state during the day when you're just going and off, and then you have to slide back into reality and how that moment of awareness affects the next moment of your real life. And I think the fluidity is fascinating. And I look forward to David's answer to your question. Great conversation. Thank you

This is really good information to know, because if you have trouble going to sleep, all you have to do is bring your breath rate down below five. Breath six breaths per minute, and you'll go unconscious because your breath rate regulates your brainwave pattern for the most part. So if you're breathing ten breaths a minute, you're going to be in Alpha. If you're breathing 15 breaths a minute, you're going to be in beta

We are by our dreams, visions, and the stories we tell ourselves, steering the course of humanity through the infinite void
