So you get it. You get the mental picture next and I'm going to be your mother for the next two minutes. Eat your veggies. Throw away the chips packet, snack up on healthy nuts, dates, fruits and cut. Always unnecessary sugar and sodas. If you're a meat person, they are a great source of protein too. But again, everything in moderation. So my next tip would be this sounds very simple, but it works wonders. Literally. Eat slowly
