"…Was I part of the solution in posting that? No. Did it feel good to post that good and satisfying? Absolutely. I was feeling a little angry, and that's what I put out there. Realizing I wasn't being part of the solution, I thought made me think, what can I do? What can we do as individuals to be part of the solution? I thought I'd like to build a Memorial.…"

"…Thank you for your additions to this Memorial. And thank you for for the memories that that go with these names. I'm happy that this Memorial was not just a list of names, but it's a collection of memories up to now. So thanks for providing some memories of the circumstances behind these sacrifices. And also Suda contributed a very important women's issue. And so now I see some collaboration in the Memorial between different movements, seemingly separate but not but certainly connected. And so I appreciate that.…"

"…Thanks, Danny, for this heartfelt thread that you created. I'd Luke to respond to it and add to it with a Memorial to all the people, the young people and the black people who have been killed by white people in racists murder and lynchings whose names we don't know because there's a lot more of them than the ones that we do. And yeah, I'd like to set up a Memorial in our hearts for them.…"

"…And I can only imagine the number of people that have suffered at the hands of racism, wedding or unwitting that we don't know about. It's got to be an incredibly high number in every town, almost probably every town in this country. At least I find that less now that people are less likely to say offending things and assume that I'm of the same mindset.…"

"…Hello. Hello. My name is Timothy Call, and I was invited to participate in this tribute by my oldest friend Danny, and I appreciate that very much. Would like to talk about a 15 year old boy named Devante Hart. We don't know if Devante is dead or alive. We do know that last year his adoptive mother killed everyone else in the family. Devante's body is the only body that wasn't found at the moment, Devante is listed as missing.…"

"…I just heard the news that Roger Goddell, the Commissioner of the NFL, made a statement acknowledging that the NFL was wrong to forbid its players from taking a knee during the national anthem at the start of NFL games. And he also affirmed the NFL's support of reform in the police system. And I'm paraphrasing, but it just gives me incredible hope on top of hope that we're going to see some real change as a result of the sacrifices that these black American brothers and sisters have made.…"
