Covid-19: What happened when students went to school during the 1918 pandemic?

Hey, everyone, it's Rachel back with some more daily news. So today I read something pretty fascinating about schools that were open during the 1918 influenza pandemic. And what I found really interesting about this article is that the argument at the time was that schools were much safer than the crowded tenements that many children had to live in places like New York and Chicago

I'm thinking of somewhere like Glendale, which a few of their smaller schools for younger students. I believe there's about five or six that are opening next week, and so they're only going to be letting, I think, twelve student life at a time. So they're testing it out in a smaller community with smaller schools, and I hope that they have the results that they're expecting

Yeah. What's up? This Marcus? Swell. What happened back in 19, 818? If I remember, I think people got sick and got the virus. So social dissonance is the best way to do it home. School your kids if you have to. I know a lot of people are busy but still take time out of your day. Make sure you can't learn something at home. You don't need to send them back to school. So I didn't get this stuff
