The last presidential debate is this week. And as I think about the first presidential debate, I realize that the best answers that I heard to the questions were actually here on Swell. So I wanted to see if the swell community could actually provide better answers than the debaters themselves before the debate. I think that you can, but I want to try this and I'm pulling from actual topics that are the topics from the debate. So those have been announced and I will choose from the topics at hand

And part of my main concern with responding to COVID-19 is approaching it from the idea that swell. This is the only issue that matters and ignoring any potential unintended consequences, ignoring the businesses that are floundering or dying, ignoring the other health concerns that come about when we force everyone to lock up, ignoring the increased suicide and depression rates from people who are being forced to have a prison in their own homes. I think ultimately freedom should be our primary goal
For instance, Chris mentioned mental health, things like seniors or those with disabilities that can't get out or things like income, bills, rent so many things that are being affected right now, and to have a dedicated group of people coming up with ideas and then passing that on, creating a network where there is a bit more uniformity to decisions being made to plans being put into effect, real change could happen and real lives could be saved

So I ask you, is Medicare, which I believe in socialistic? Yeah. I guess it could be defined as that our farm subsidies, which I believe are necessary socialistic? Yeah, they are. So I think there are a lot of socialistic or plans or things give backs to the citizens of the United States that are absolutely necessary. You may call them socialistic. I call them being good and responsive citizens to make sure that everybody is able to live a good life

So he needs to play to his strengths such as they are. Biden is in a different issue. Biden is currently winning among most major demographics, and he has a healthy lead in more than enough swing States. So right now, the posture is that Trump can't win unless he either A get some cheating to occur on his side or B causes a significant demographic to Peel away from Biden

On Biden's side. He's obviously in a much better position. He's leading by double digits in the polls. He is winning among major demographic groups pretty comfortably right now, and millions of people have already voted. I just read today. I think it was that about two thirds of people have voted already this year, compared to the total number of votes cast in 2016. It looks like Donald Trump's rhetoric about threatening the polling stations has backfired

Step Number Three with these measures fully in place and fully deployed, we will reopen the entire economy and carefully monitor the spread and the growth of the pandemic. Wherever we find, alarm bells start to go off. We will ask the community to get together and revisit their steps one and two to understand what is not working and make the necessary changes in their implementation to ensure that we have a healthy working citizenry in our country
