Today movement for a Peoples Party Partyy will host a virtual convention as they rally support for a new major political party in the United States. With many Americans voicing dissatisfaction with both the Republican and Democratic parties. The People's Party was established with a platform heavily inspired by Senator Bernie Sanders first presidential campaign, Medicare for all, student Loan forgiveness and Restorative Justice all being at the forefront

Which means city, local elections, state elections throughout the country to create a foundation and an infrastructure. So it's not something focused on the highest office of the land right off the bat, because when that happens, it just becomes a spoiler to the other two parties and not anything that is realistic. The thing that's difficult about our system is that you can't just be focused on ideals. You have to also be focused on systematic realities

It just seemed like people don't want to truly communicate because it's still too many people that don't even really believe there's any problems or that the problem is caused by the left or caused by the right or caused by the Blacks or caused by the whites. It's always going to be some type of distraction they're going to keep in front of us to keep us playing that game so that we don't affect change. Real change. I applaud it. We definitely need it
