Well, I don't know if that's completely true or completely fair or not might not be, but why don't we spread it out? Why don't we get some remote talent brought in? I mean, everybody talks about introducing diversity and diversity of thought into technology, into games, into venture capitalism and everything, every possible aspect of business and technology. This is how to do it
