And also weirdly, did you all see that whole thing about the president's relative, who used to be a judge coming out with secret recording saying he's a phony, et cetera. That's a whole other thing that we could maybe talk about. As far as how much is that influencing your view of this election, this nomination for as Trump to the RNC this year. Honestly, I'm a little overwhelmed by it all. If you can't tell, there's a lot to process here

It's just like a combination of very strange individuals with us politics, professional history of any kind. I saw that they're having that, like doctor that talked about demons speaking. And then that kid who was antagonizing the Native American man at Lincoln Memorial a few years ago. I don't know if those two are true. I'm pretty sure they are, though

I will not be watching the RNC a couple of reasons. One ratings are what this guy thinks being President is about, so I certainly won't contribute to him having any. But Secondly, we already know what's going to be said. He's going to do what he always does. He's going to pretend every failure was a victory. He's going to pretend every scandal was a hoax. Par for the course. Typical nonsense

So I'm wondering if other people actually had trouble falling asleep or recognized that they had bad sleep last week. It was definitely the case for me when they had coronavirus hearings and when they had daily meetings and the feud between Trump and the press was getting very agitated. I kind of had the same thing. So I just kind of know myself and should probably stay away and do exactly what Joe is talking about doing and just watching the highlights tomorrow

Well, let me just say this. I watched as much of that RNC as I could stomach. That was a horrible, pathetic. Oh, my God. Do people really believe that stuff coming out of those people's mouths? How can we not look at those performances last night as anything other than performances? How do we look at that as sincere? They really mean it so tricked and deceived. Why do we allow ourselves to be lied to intricate and deceive like this every four years?

And I thought Democrats did a pretty good job of that last week here. I don't know what they're doing. It doesn't even seem like they're trying to bolster the base. It seems like they're going after an audience of one. And that's my third and final key point is that there's this audience of one that they're going after, and we know who that one is. But it just seems like everything is geared towards thanking President Trump
