Now a lot of people will say that we don't know what kind of chemicals are going into milk anymore. And there is a lot more people who are lactose intolerant these days. A lot of people choosing to be vegan and not drink drink dairy products or eat dairy products. The popularity is down. But I have to ask the question, do you still got milk?

I love tiramisu, and tiramisu has cream in it. So a birthday or Christmas, and I will slip some in, but then I pay for it. My preference is for oat milk. I don't generally drink it by itself. I will have it in other things, but only occasionally

Got Milk was a successful advertising campaign

I think milk unfortunately has a massive lot of massive side effects. I think people with asthma shouldn't even be near milk at all. Go and look at the research. I would say go watch the documentary what the health? There's a lot of documentaries that go over the detriments, the problems that are associated with dairy and milk in particular. We're like the only species that drinks a milk of another creature. The closest thing to human milk is rat milk

I do. That having said that. So as far as milk milk, moocao milk, I don't drink it anymore. I haven't drank it for years. I was vegan for about five years, and I became very much connected to a lot of the milk alternatives. And the biggest one for me for a while was almond milk. That was one that I really enjoyed

@RantrumRadio Oatly Ice Cream is amazing 😁

And yeah, when you go back to because we did a lot of rice milk, coconut milk, coconut milk is amazing. You can put that in tons of recipes. Like, everything is better with coconut milk to a point years ago, my brother overdid it on coconut milk at one point in time and just couldn't eat it for a long period of time. But the alternatives out there are pretty good

It is very detrimental to our health, like you mentioned, asthma, acne, constipation, bloating, arthritis, IBS. There's so many health concerns that are caused from dairy and people don't know this stuff. They are not told about this stuff. Like you said, watch the documentaries. There's a plethora of them on Netflix and YouTube. One being what? The health. Like you mentioned, there's so many

And then they've been genetically modified to carry about four times more milk than they would in nature. And so that's extremely painful for them to be engorged, and that huge all the time. And then, of course, they have to rip away the baby cows when they are one to two days old. Distressing not only the baby being taken away from its mother, but also distressing the mother having her babies constantly taken away from her

But yet people are totally fine abusing other animals and it's no big deal. So the hypocrisy is just insane. So I was curious what these grass fed cows, how they were impregnated and treated. And I highly recommend to anyone listening to watch the documentary Dominion on Netflix or YouTube, everyone needs to see that, and everyone needs to watch it all the way through to see what their choices are doing, actually doing, and not live in ignorance

Because saying people saying, oh, well, that's just the way it is, is going to lead to utter and total destruction of our planet and it won't exist anymore. And then humans won't exist anymore. So oh, well, I guess that will happen. But I'm glad you know about the cultured meat and you're aware of the factory farming, so that's a step in the right direction. Thanks for posting

Hey, this is Erica souljourney one k here. And man, I still drink milk. I still drink milk. But I have noticed the type of milk that's out there and due to theo lactose intolerant that me and my husband have, we have changed milks. All we've done is just we've changed to ultra filtered milk that is lactate with the lactose taken out of it and it has to be fat free. So we typically drink like Fair Life or some other lactate type of milk
@CrusaderWarrior

Raw milk is the way to go

I'm talking about, like, regular 1% 2% or whole, like, what you would buy, like, a regular grocery store that you're drinking in the nutrients, but they're all dead, so it's not doing anything to you other than just making you fatter. That's really what the purpose is. So the thing is that from this radio show I was listening to, that you should or everybody should actually drink milk that is raw

So as growing up and realizing some things and self discovery in addition to I did the blood type diet, found out dairy was not aligning with my blood type and just a lot of self discovery made me come to the conclusion that no, dairy is not my friend. I love daily, but we had to amically split and instead I put a lot of plant based substitutes in my life

@FarikaB_Redux Dayia cheese is the closest to real cheese

And his wife was plant based already, so he was like, okay, I'll try out this plant based thing. And he realized right away that plant based, the recovery time for him as an athlete was way faster than on a meat and dairy diet. And so he switched, and within a year I want to say it might have been within two years, but very soon after he switched, he did five iron men on five Hawaiian islands in under a week

But like I was saying earlier, our country in particular has really leaned in to this idea that we need beef and we need daily products. We don't need them. We want them. And when people that want to go on diets, tell me about how do you lose weight quickly? I say, change your diet. Stop eating red meat. Stop eating dairy
