Our interpersonal skills have diminished, especially for those in the younger generation who are born into this era of social media where they don't usually just pick up the phone and call people and have a conversation. We don't sit down with someone who may not share the same view with us and talk about differences, talk about things that are near and dear to our hearts and try to hear the opposing side and see exactly where they're coming from

But I think the one thing at the very core of everybody, we want to be in peace with everybody. All right. Regardless, if we're in agreement on everything or not, we want at least be in peace. And so I don't want people to go out their way to try to cancel everybody that disagrees with them. But I do think it's healthy for us to have intelligent dialogue

Let's see how I could be moved towards a direction I wasn't thinking about. You talk about divisiveness and people not getting along because of different views, as long as our views can be backed up by fact and be couched in something that is in a humble setting where even if I have an opinion about a fact, my ears and heart are still open to hearing how you are experiencing that same fact. And that's the beauty of good dialogue that rises even higher than angry debate

And even though those people would be spouting absolute nonsense and just their opinion if they did it loud and they did it with conviction, they were listened to. And I've found that smaller companies that that's not the case at all. So I've been working for small companies, and that's been probably the main reason why. And that definitely comes over into mainstream society, I believe
