I'm listening to today and makes me think that how do companies set cultural standards? Are they reflecting whose values do they reflect? Is it the executives who take the decision? Is it the employees who make up much of the company? Is it the board members who really sells company culture? All of this has just got me thinking, and I just wanted to put this thought out there probably tangential to the question you're posing, but I just wanted to put this thought out there

So being that melanin is linked to compassion, they have less compassion. That's what he said. That's what I heard. So let's look and see if that has any truth to it. I think the history in this country between Blacks and whites would show that whites are definitely lacking in some compassion. I don't know what you would call it, but that's what I would call it

And one more quick thing I would recommend for all of those people out there who are mad at what Nick said, that he said that the white people act like animals, which I think Tulsa, Oklahoma, when the white people burned down the whole black community and killed all the people. I think that's kind of acting like an animal

And whatnot the first thing I thought about was if a white person said those exact same things about black people and we already know we already know that that's been said for years. We evolved in different parts of the world under different circumstances, in different conditions that bred certain temperaments into those cultures. That's just the way it goes. That's true in the animal world. You take a fish out of its native environment and put it in a foreign environment. It's going to adapt that it becomes something else

I've seen things from a different worldview, and I think that's what we have to be responsible. We can come with knowledge and everything like that. But we also have to be willing enough to see things from a different worldview to see exactly. Okay, How's that lined up with minds? And is it truthfulness in theirs as opposed to truthfulness in mind? And then we kind of have that dialogue to see where the lies are at

And whatnot? Look at the history of everything. Moses had African in his lineage. Jesus family hid in Africa when he was first born. And there are countless other historical references that points to white Jews are of darker skin protection. And whatnot not even arguing on that at all at all. But I just think that there's a point where we have to be able to say the things that we say cannot be negated. And given a pass, the shoe is on the other foot

Hey, I was just this reason why I brought this well, is because I I had came across a post this morning that I see on Facebook and whatnot it was back in my back in my home state in Arkansas, where they were was talking about this firefighter. It was a white guy firefighter who posted something on his social media. It was basically a meme that showed a cotton field, and it said, Get your BLM T shirts, but assembly is required, of course

I think the one thing the reason why Nick's stuff was taken out of context because one I don't recall him actually referring to closer to animals in regards to behavior. When you tie up everything he said and you take it into totality, he was referencing Minister Ferrakon. He was talking about different things from the melaniative part as a scientific effect and everything like that

And so when the head of your company is Jewish, and whether you're trying to make a distinction of whether she is of a dark skinned cultural heritage or somebody who has benefited from whiteness, I don't think that matters again, because under the greater tribe of Judaism globally, that just makes an anti Semitic discussion antisemitic. And so I don't think Nick Cannon really gets to have a say in what that is
