Zechariah is shown these visions by God as to what is going on in the spirit realm in these apocalyptic visions, especially for the end of the book of Zechariah. What is seen in here are what theologians believe are the visions that he's getting of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse. So not necessarily that there's a connection with that in the book of Revelation being that these are watchers from what God reveals. The angel of God reveals to Zechariah that it goes in the both the north and southern directions
