Stretching a love hate relationship? How do you feel about stretching? I have started to do stretch therapy sessions with my clients since I have not been able to work during the pandemic because I'm a massage therapist. So we've been doing Zoom stretch therapy sessions geared towards pain relief, and it's actually been surprisingly awesome. I got to say, I'm really enjoying stretching into this new Avenue of therapy for myself

But I love that you're doing official swell, official stretch classes with your clients because I think it's almost saying maybe no one can lay hands on you because it's COVID. But what hands are really doing is talking to your body and moving energy and blood flow into areas that are stiff. And that's what stretching does. So it's sort of self massage

Also, I would just want to know if you guys are super curious about the benefits of stretching, the more research I do, the more I realize how there is so much overlap between stretching and what is actually happening in your body physiologically and what happens when you actually go get a massage

And how beautiful would it be to just have one swell on each stretch where you tell us how to do it, show the picture and then give us also a sense of its value from Anatomy's perspective, all the goodness it will bring to us. No pressure. I'm just thinking it would be really cool

Okay, that sounds like fun. I could definitely do that. I need a project for sure. Have a little extra time on my hands, so I'm not sure how to upload photos on this. Well, I'm a little behind the learning curve, the app, so I'm going to try to see if I can navigate all of that and figure it out
