Back to School in the Pandemic

Hey, buddies. Krabby. Butters here on behalf of the Opieradio Podcast, I'm wondering how you guys are feeling about sending your kids back to school. If you could leave your name, state or province, what grade your kids are going in? Tell me a little something. Do your kids want to go back to school? Do they miss their buddies? Do they miss their friends? How do you feel about sending your kids back to school? What conflicts do you have at home?

The bonus of that is if the kids are in school or at least half of them are in school at a time. That means their parents aren't bringing the little f*** trophies in the public during the day when people are trying to get s*** done. Love you, Miss Yelp

Thank you Jesus.

Hey, this is JW. Brevo, South Carolina. After five long, rolling, hot Southern months, my wife, who is a teacher and my daughter are now in back in school. Thank you, Jesus. The end

She'll be social distancing. But that was her decision, and I'll support it. I have a feeling that once we get into the school year, the first kind of cold that runs through the kids will be the end of the school year for at least a semester. I say that because at least in Minnesota, at least the first two to three weeks of school, there's a cold that almost every kid gets to some degree

Well out here in Georgia. They're splitting up the school. They have probably like 60% of the students that are going to school in the actual class. And then they have the rest that are doing home schooling like mine because I'm not comfortable sending my son to school right now. So he's doing homeschooling, and he will be for the foreseeable future

I think that a lot of that plays into my decision on keeping younger kids home versus being okay with older kids going if I was not home schooling also something that I think about a lot with this pandemic and schooling. I think about how many people are in dangerous situations or their kids are staying home by themselves while the parent is working, because that's the only way to make ends meet, because they have no babysitters, they have nothing to help them
