But that also can be very draining because it can be a reminder of family who is no longer with us or family struggles or financial pains. So what are you doing to elevate yourself? Thanks for

I was thinking about this the other day. It's interesting how we refer to space as something that is absent of Earth, even though we are in space right now, in outer space right now. And I find this to be true within nature. It's interesting. The wilderness we tend to look at as nature, but I am now in nature. It's just carved and molded and crafted. But the elements that took to build this building, this infrastructure, are of nature itself

And I think if I bring anything to the table, I hope that wherever you are, when you catch a glimpse of my thoughts or my photography or my conversation, you will be reminded to be more aware, to look and learn from the things around you. And congratulations on doing those set ups and saving yourself from the temptation of Chinese food. That's a tough one. Sometimes I just have to get Chinese food on my own. My husband doesn't really like Chinese food and I love it

Hey, Carrie, it's JL. I'm so tickled right now because I literally was doing a couple of Uber rides. Well, let me not lie, I did one Uber ride. My goal was to do three this morning, and I was so deeply reflection in the one Uber ride I did do successfully this morning

I love the connection between the literal and the metaphorical. It's beautiful. And thanks for contributing that idea here. I'm back from doing some traveling, and when I was in Australia, I went to a beautiful peak and kind of woke down onto the ocean. And it really gave me an incredible perspective on just the places we take ourselves and the feelings we have and how the physical can impact the spiritual and emotional and how it's great to find metaphors that work for you

And even if you're hiking along a trail and there's little advantage or vista points en route, I'm still always amazed that when you get to that final location, there is just this awe struck in the moment and there is sort of this vastness ahead of you that you were not prepared for, even though it's exactly what you set out to do. So it kind of just kind of intrigues me in that aspect

Hey. I have to tell you that that little person is me. So what happened was we hiked to that area, then you can go all the way around and go to the kind of the waterfall area and shoot back at it. So my friend Amanda did that and gave me that gift. So I'm gonna link you to when that whole started so you can hear. It was the last day of my vacation
