Patience

Maybe somebody else should just teach the courses altogether because you're not patient enough to teach it more so, like, when the students are not comprehending what you're teaching. And that's what made me want to talk about patience, is it really a virtue. But I think what happens a lot of time is more of a virtuous thing, when people are able to comprehend what's trying to be taught to them

Is it really a virtue?

What is our face and our demeanor as we're waiting? Are we displaying patience? Others so much to this, and I love thinking about things like this. So yeah, I do believe that patience is sorely lacking these days. But it can be cultivated, it can't be practiced, and it can be displayed

Hey, good morning. This is Al Cosby here. As I always say, stay blessed and keep inspiring. I really enjoyed your reply to the start of my conversation in regards to being patient. And I definitely like that word that you use, cultivate. Because interestingly. With that, what happens is we not only need to cultivate our actions in regard to patience, but we need to cultivate cultivate our words too. Well, my sister, she's no longer around Macy, rest in peace

And then also what happens is I was able to add some life experience to it as examples, which made me comprehend a lot more. And that's what happens a lot of times. In a sense, I sort of had to not only be patient with the teacher who really was impatient with me and some of the other students in the class, but I had to learn to be patient with myself and also just ask the right people that were patient enough to help me at my time of need
