Is the "Action" worth the "Reaction"

But I would definitely say for the most part it depends on the circumstance. Now, I know that we're human and we all are built with emotions. Some show their emotions more than others. But at the same time, from what I understand, a lot of time when people show their emotions, they could be upset, but it also means that they care. Now, just imagine if things happen and nobody showed any emotion, then they would show that they don't care at all

It depends……

It's. Interesting topic for the morning. This really made me think about how we react and we can react to ourselves and others in ways that maybe we're not proud of. I recently thought figured out myself and my reactions to things. And a lot of it was like learned behavior and not being negative or placing blame on my family. But sometimes you can learn to react a certain way. I actually had talked to my brother about this. Did we learn?

Hey, good morning. How you doing? This is Al Cosby here. First and foremost, I definitely want to thank you for your reply. And just like your name, that reply was more than good enough, so I really appreciate it hearing that too. And you hit on a lot of key points and a lot of time when it comes to action and reaction and everything. A lot of time, we don't examine it until after it's done

I'm created with all goodness and in all goodness to experience all goodness. And then forgiving myself when I don't show up. How I hold myself accountable to show up. Not based on how anyone else wants me to, but how I the God in me says I need to occur to and. For others when I'm opposite of that, forgiving myself of that and then reflecting on it so that I know what tools to place in my toolbox to do it differently next time

Hey, good morning. How you doing? This is Al Cosby here. I definitely took the time to listen to your reply, and you hit on some key points with this one. I like that term that you use in regards to shadowing oneself. And that sort of coincides with a word that I like to use all the time, which is introspection, to look within oneself. So just a shadowing of oneself

You. Thank you for the invite. This is an interesting question and I'd like to highlight what you said about it being a Catch 22. The action has an effect on someone at a certain level and that someone feels they to react at that same level. But in the moment, each side did have the opportunity to temper what the action was or what the reaction was. Now, I said they had the opportunity, not necessarily the ability, simply because there was time before the action or reaction

You. Hey, good evening. This is Al Cosby here. I definitely learned a lot out of your reply and there were a lot of questions in there. I definitely like how you focused on the stimuli standpoint. I definitely like that. That's a lot to think about. I do personally believe that at the end of the day, in regards to the response to stimuli, again, it goes back to what you said and what I said earlier
