It’s ok to say "No"
Noah's actually said interestingly, when I was in college, my freshman year of college, I actually picked up a book and the title of it is called Bartleby the Scrivener. And it's by the author Herman Melville, the same person that wrote Moby D***. And interestingly, in the book Bartleby the Scrivener, the main character always said I would prefer not to. And that's actually a nice way of saying no

Bye. I really appreciate this information this morning. As somebody that is a people pleaser, I will say yes to the death of me. So I really appreciate the phrasing of the word no in this in this podcast as something that I'm working on every day, multiple times a day. And it's not just to be rude or to get out of things. Sometimes you just have to say no because you know that you're being taken for granted. Maybe. So. Yeah

I mean, if you feel as though, you know, you know, you've been taken advantage of, you know, so okay to say no if you have no other option but to say no because there's something else that's interfering with something that you just had planned or you just don't want to do it. I mean, it's your prerogative, so it's okay to say no

Hey, it's JL the best thing I heard, and I I remember it being on the Oprah show. I'm just not certain if Oprah said it or if it was Ian Levanzant. The statement was no is a complete sentence. I can just say no without an explanation

I definitely wanted to reply to your reply because I like actually everything that you said, and interestingly, as you mentioned, whether the quote came from Oprah Winfrey herself or Ian Le van Zant, who respect and admire both of them, that actually makes sense. No is a complete sentence. So obviously, you put a period behind no
