I also really love this song called What Comes After Certainty by Bill Callahan. He's an American artist and it's just a beautiful song about a beautiful love song. Maybe one of my favorite love songs ever. Those are the two that I have off the top of my head. But I recently started curating or collecting a playlist of my favorite songs so I won't forget and so I can have them as reference whenever my heart needs some wholesome healing
