One fun thing

Sometimes it's important to recognize and acknowledge our inner child, for it is in that space we truly understand our adult experience and we heal from any past traumas. And we can move forward confidence and knowing the resilience when future challenges occur. So let's recognize our inner child today by remembering and celebrating a fun activity we did in the early years in how and what you did. So place a comment

I think my main fun thing that I did as a child was to draw and to use as many colors as possible and to make up, you know, characters and whatever and just draw. And it's still something that I do kind of almost every day. And it really connects me to that space, which is nice. It's a small little joy that I can give to myself every day. Yeah, this is a great question. I'm excited to hear more

And to box with me I had like big blow up boxing gloves and I used to box with these and I used to jump around pretending I was Muhammad Ali. Now, this is really funny, but I'm a professional boxing coach, conditioning coach, and personal trainer trainer. And I still do that now with the adults that I come across that hired me to do it. So that's quite funny. I just never stopped, man
