Yes. Love this. I read a quote the other day about, you know, butterflies have to go through this intense darkness in order to be able to soar and fly and come into the light and become these beautiful creatures. And I thought that was a really great metaphor and comparison to be able to say, yeah, sometimes you got to do some shadow work before you can soar and fly and all of that. But, you know, that's always been beautiful after the shadow
