Now, I had known about color healing for some time and I had forgotten about it as I've practiced and healed myself through many different types of holistic methods as well, through meditation and reiki healing and seeing other holistic energy healers. But I just knew I had my own calling and I just didn't know what it was so that I could help others in their healing journey as well. And I will get into color healing as we go along. And what is it?
A lot of people refer to it as like a legal acid trip because it can give you some incredible visuals while all you have to do is open your eyes or cover your eyes with your hands and block the light from shining on your eyelids and your third eye and the visualization stop. So it's really safe alternative for people who may struggle with mental health or mental challenges

Essentially, I specialize in spiritual essences made with herbs, essential oils, and cosmic vibrational frequencies. I also focus on another element of getting color therapy in your life, which is color eyewear and the benefits. I'll speak further on future topics as well. And sometimes the other part of my brain is like, can I receive this with the grill that's in front of it? Sometimes this won't work for me, but I have been here too long not to know that there's so many magical things happening with healers and people who have the gift of seeing things. And in your situation, it's so clear that you are given this opportunity to explore something so deep and then share it. I love the connection that you and I are having

Orange is related to the sacral chakra, which deals with creativity, and I am ever evolving and flowing creativity. Right now, I'm just bursting at the seams. So auras are unseen energy fields that can surround all living things. In some cases, people can have one or two aura colors constantly showing up around them. Yeah. It's basically frequencies and vibrations. Right? So that totally makes sense. That can have a very big effect on you. And yeah, there's so many awesome healers on Swell as well. Hi, Heather. I'm so excited to hear more about color therapy. I have had a couple of different aura readings, so, yeah, I'm definitely curious the difference between the aura reading and color therapy or if there's a connection. I think I heard you talking with Deborah about aura, but I thought I would share one of the pictures because you even mentioned in that conversation with Deborah about the color orange with creativity. And that is what my first ever reading was

Hi, Jade. Thank you so much for welcoming me. And yeah, you're absolutely right. Color has to do with frequencies and vibrations. Color is a living energy, and it it is the property of light. So light is energy produced by the sun in different wavelengths. As the light is absorbed and reflected, we end up with different colors. Everything in nature is full of color. Vibration forms everything in life. The universe is only energy vibration

Hi, Chelsea. Thank you so much. That was wonderful. Yes, there's definitely a connection with auras and color. Many factors can influence the color of an aura on emotions, level of consciousness, thoughts and physical surroundings. Spiritual awakening alters one's data being, which naturally changes one's aura. Most people have two dominant colors. Flares of many hues may appear from the head. Those represent changing thoughts

Well, thank you so much for sharing your picture, and I really like being able to see others with with similar colors. I think a lot of times when I've gone with friends, they're always like purples and blues and greens and that's really cool that you have the green at the bottom. I just really appreciate you sharing your wisdom on this. I'm really interested in learning more. I like that it's connected to the chakras for reiki it's connected to the chakras as well

But she also is the one I had mentioned in a previous talk where I had mentioned that when she seemed she had seen the orange there in a bright white light once too, previous to that. But I will actually be having her going to be interviewing her. I just asked her the other day because she has the gift of seeing people's auras, which I find so fascinating, and she was just around my daughter recently and she saw a beautiful pink aura, so that was really cool
