So in this episode I'm going to talk about the healing benefits Color Therapy Eyewear and this is definitely a definitely a way to get more color in your life and receive the benefits that way. We received 90% of our information through our eyes, so why not colorize our experience? When we wear certain colors and lenses and eyewear, we are able to see and feel the world through that color. Via our eyes. We feed our body the attributes and qualities of a color's vibration

Hi, Heather. Thank you so much for your post on this. This is something that I hadn't really heard about, and I didn't know that, you know, people were kind of engaging in this to, you know, help themselves in in a myriad of ways, it seems. And I'm interested to know I'd love to know just a little bit more about how you found this out or how you are interested in this information and the health benefits of color therapy glasses

I just want to see because my belief in the soccer system is very keen and true and I do believe in wearing certain colors, you kind of take on the attributes of that chakra. So I want to try it with sunglasses too. Just a quick question though, where do you get your sunglasses? Like Amazon or something like that? Cause I really do want to try it but thank you

So she had them for about a week because I hadn't seen her for a week. And she said to me, oh, my gosh, you know what? I'm wearing the turquoise glasses and I put them on because they were in the car. And I thought because she was getting migraines from the sun. And then she was like, my gosh, my migraines went away

So, yeah, but all the other glasses, like the neutrals, like the blues and greens and yellow and everything, some people, even the yellow can help with the computer fatigue as well and stuff and yeah, so the rest of the colors can be worn as long as you want, but yeah, but to get the benefit, yeah, 20 minutes a day

And even if it turned out it wasn't significant or majority of people didn't see the benefit, we could still test on individuals who were trained to see or train, like, as a placebo effect to have benefits when wearing his glasses, as opposed to people who weren't trained to wear them

Yeah, one of the reasons why I got into color therapy as a practitioner is I wanted to help others, and it's such a beautiful, simple way to help others and enlightened and become more conscious. And it's such a simple, beautiful therapy. And like you were saying, it's kind of a fun therapy, too, in terms of the fashion part. But yeah, let me know how it goes because I really would love everyone's feedback on this
