Hey, Heather, I would love to hear more about how you actually use this. Do you roll it on a specific point in your body and your wrists, or yeah, just wondering about that

Hello, Rose. Sorry I didn't see the response sooner there. I should put on my notifications on swell so that I know if I get a response, but yeah. So how you use the roll on essences is you would put on your wrists. I also put on my neck too, by my lymph glands there. That's also a good spot. As well as your heart shot, you can do the base of your spine as well and the soles of your feet
