Colour Bath Benefits

Or you can also get the bath kits too. So we do carry the envelopes for a single single bath. So yeah. So anyways, if you have any questions, this is a wonderful thing for children as well and just kind of helps with play time with them too. Okay, thank you

And I also loved how you were able to link back to some of the other swells you did on other topics. It was just such a cool journey. So awesome. It's interesting to think about gifting yourself time to do this and with the intention to say, you know what? I'm going to surrender to the color I chose and allow myself to think in those very specific definitions you gave

In regards to the blue bath, I've actually used all of them, and when you're in the bath, you want to have your eyes open. I mean, you can close them, but to get the effects of the color that you're using, it's good to have your eyes open and just relax in the bath. Sometimes people will add essential oils and other products just to enhance their experience when they're having the bath. But blue is very calming

Hi, Heather. Thank you so much for all your content. I really enjoy listening and learning, and I'm really interested in getting one of these bath kits. I am really bad at taking baths. I rarely do. So I was curious how often you take that or how often you recommend people, and especially using the color therapy. I also saw your link Tree, and I'm going to read the article that you posted about color therapy and working with people with disabilities

But of course, my memory, as soon as I finish listening, I'm like which one was which again. But I know pink resonated for me, and I think a pink bath would be just delightful to bathe in. So I'm going to go order. Thank you for suggesting this and thank you for making these or at least being a part of the organization that makes them, I can't tell exactly, but very excited to try

@allowthesun

Hello, Chelsea. Yeah, in regards to the color bath, I take a bath once a week. In regards to how often one should use the color bath, I mean, I would recommend and there's no really set recommendation for that, but from what I've seen and with my clients and everything, I would recommend once to twice a week for the therapeutic benefits. But if you go for like a week or two without it, that's fine as well

Hello, Zara. Yes. Thank you so much for responding. Yeah, pink color bath is just lovely. You just feel so at peace with your heart and and I highly recommend pink, one of my favorites, actually, in regards to the indigo and violet that there is two separate colors. And what I've found when I'm using the color bath is usually I'm like yourself, actually, where I don't spend too long in the bath because, like I said, I get bored

Colour Bath Only Available in Canada

So for those who asked about the color bath, I did reach out to the color therapist out in DC. And I guess we can only sell it on our Canadian website for now, because the organic pigment color is ordered from Europe and it's not approved yet in the States by the FDA. So, unfortunately, we can't sell the color bath, which is really unfortunate. I was kind of disappointed when I heard that, but hopefully down the road, that'll change
