You come to a new company as a newcomer, as a female, you watch the other guys taken by other guys, but you as a female, the guys don't feel comfortable taking you. And women quickly. And again, I'm not generalizing but you know who you are and we know there are a lot of you out there. They look at the newcomer as a threat. They don't think of her as a brain, as thoughts, as contributions

And the caption of that real is that when women support women, magical things can happen. And I believe so too. But like I said, that so many women are taught that this cannot be the ideal scenario, that all the different groups about cat fights and this and that, two women, if they're left on their own, they're going to have a cat fight

And I think I hope the new generation, the younger girls are brought up this way, but I don't see it as much because social media is still about beauty and silicone injections and whatever, and it just keeps putting on. Compared to women, this one is more beautiful than this one. And I don't even like using beauty or success or as a way of competing and comparing a woman to another woman. Wow, what a great topic. I have to agree and disagree on a couple of different levels. I think you're right in the sense that women will kind of scope you out to kind of see where and who and why and everything before they're willing to approach, if you will. And men are just a little bit more laid back because they're a little bit more confident in their placement in that work environment

It well, there's no objecting to your views pertaining to the women. Women fight. Good evening. I agree 100%. A hundred percent. Sometimes my sister comes back and asks me why is it that women hate themselves? The issue is women. Women have never loved themselves from the very beginning. They don't even love themselves before showing that same love to a fellow female. So the baseline is most women don't love themselves. They lack love for themselves as humans
