Enjoy the little things in life

Good afternoon, Nor and welcome to the Recondition with Coach Barnes. Today I would like to focus on enjoying the small things in life. Depression is a real thing, and if you have any experienced it yourself or had a loved one close to you that has experienced it, you really don't know how to adjust, handle or even embrace those who are experiencing it. It's not something that you typically can understand. And I say that to say this, allow them Grace

Now, not everybody thinks that it's possible to go to God because people are looking more from a more in a physical eye set than a spiritual one and they want to receive help where the person can respond back to them. God responds to us in a way that we will have to be able to hear with our spiritual ears and our spiritual eyes to know when it's him that's talking to us

So I made appointment with my regular doctor to follow up and he was like, that wasn't an asthma tat. Sounds like anxiety and panic disorder. So he recommend that I make an appointment with the mental health, which I did. And I was diagnosed with depressive, major depressive episode along with panic and anxiety disorder. And it's sad that people really didn't understand what I was going through. I guess people never heard of depression because I didn't even have depression at that time

Also, I want you to know, even if you don't hear it often, you are loved. And in going through that process, it's important that you identify the people in your circle that love you through your ups and your downs. Because anyone can be there when you're up. It's important to know the people who are there when you're down. Those are the people you want to pull close because they've seen you at your darkest moment and they know to love you anyway

Happy?

So to me, if there's no purpose, then I'm depressed. But if there is a purpose, there's less likely of a chance that I'm going to be feeling sad or if I feel sad, I don't really care because my mind is activated on the target. I can thrive in very difficult situations. I just need to know why I'm there. That's all I need

It may be something I might have someone feel like someone else cares about me if it is that they're going through a stage of depression and feeling like no one loves them or no one is there for them or whatever happens because everyone has different stages of depression in different stages of anxiety, right? So what I was saying was you never know how something little can help the next person. It wasn't more so of just be happy for little things if you're a person that suffer with depression
