Okay, today let's try this exercise. Whatever happens with you throughout the day that you don't approve of or if you don't like it, or if it is making you sad, just find a positive aspect towards it and understand that situation from a positive aspect. Okay? Like, oh, my God, I performed so well, but I just got six out of ten in my maths exams. This is just an example

Hi. So basically, this sounds like, you know, looking for the silver lining. And even though I do it when it comes to the larger scheme of things, at least they try to do it and, like, shifting my perspective when things go wrong and try to see the positive and stay positive about the situation. And it helps me gain a more nonsensical perspective towards life
