So understand your thought and write it down. And then cut to if there is another thought bothering you some other day. Understand that thought and write it down and keep writing your thoughts down, okay? And leave the entire page empty. Now if you're getting the similar thought of one of these written thoughts every day, if you are getting a similar thought, go back to that page of thought and write what are you thinking next on that thought?
