My coffee addiction

article image placeholderUploaded by @clairebear484
He wasn't drinking more water because that would have made more sense because coffee dehydrates you. But over the years, I just have loved the taste of coffee, and I think it's more so of a comfort thing than the actual taste of it or the actual caffeine in it. The ritual of having a cup of coffee in the morning or having one in the middle of the day to take the edge off. It's kind of like just there

Throwing around the word addiction

Yeah, just I love coffee, and I wanted to just say something about addiction, its definition and how we tend to use it very loosely in our society. And it's important that we know that the difference between addiction independence and addiction or compulsive drug use, despite harmful consequences, is characterized by an inability to stop using, a drug failure to meet work, social or family obligations, and sometimes depending on the drug tolerance and withdrawal

He's so annoying, because for him, coffee is like, harmful for your health. Excessive coffee is harmful for your health, which is to some extent true, excessive caffeine is harmful for my health, but also to look at my miserable sleep and work time hours
