I'm from Brooklyn to preface this. Brooklyn, New York and I'm going back home for spring break and I'm just really scared to take the train, especially since I don't drive. So train is is my main source of transportation. And with the increase in crime, I was reading an article on there like how I think it's like since 2020, crime has gone up 200% in the subway and it's just really scary

So, you know, those pillars in the train station people now they carry carabiners, I think they're called, and they kind of connect themselves to a pole in the train station so that if someone wants to push them, that they don't fall almost like a bungee cable. I've also seen that, I think but yeah, those are the safety precautions I have
There's so many things that can happen on the platform in the train that I'm so scared of happening in actuality that I just haven't been taking the train. I've been taking $50 Uber because I refuse to take the train alone. And so I really do hope Adams does something because my pockets are crying
