What if our executives are clueless or continually resisting change?

What they might be though is unsure how to move against an issue or a problem. So sometimes there's uncertainty and that can be paralyzing. So I'm not giving an excuse for bad behavior. I'm just explaining to you what happens to the humans is that when you're an executive leader and there are big problems in your organization, either culturally, like I said, turnover or it could be customer losing customers or bad products or very public problems, right?

But I do think more organizations need to make it more normalized for people to speak to their leaders and give them feedback and talk about resistance in a way that's not blaming, doesn't create guilt and shame, but helps the leaders have a new perspective. And that's really what is going to have to happen more quickly as we move forward. Because the problems seem to be like, well, the problems are exponential and more complicated now than they've been before. And people are getting more impatient

And so I think that having people dedicated to thinking whatever you want to call them would be so important and I think would help give those people in positions of leadership and power more to work with, which would hopefully grease the way the wheels. I don't know what I want to say, but you know what I mean. It would help facilitate change, maybe

Some leaders rather lie just to keep what they high horse. I guess you could sad so it won't go down, but sometimes it's okay if it goes down because when you go back to it, the world know you didn't lie to them. You just didn't have nothing to say at that time. But when you come back to the world and you address that situation, I'd rather that than somebody just lied to us. You know what I'm saying?
