Anxiety Brewing with growing numbers

article image placeholderUploaded by @chlomonsta
I feel like, just kind of thinking about how this pandemic affects people in many different ways and how it affects people's mental health, because I think that as a country, we definitely have seen a lot of rates like rising rates of depression and anxiety and such like that. So I'm kind of already nervous about that and such

Even though omakaron is very widespread, the vaccinated people are going to be okay. So even though there'll be a few breakthrough cases, those breakthrough cases are not going to be serious or life threatening. So even though it feels like a very anxious time, it doesn't, you don't have to be anxious. You can relax. I'm not a doctor, but that's my take on what's happening right now

And when you get to that date that you have planned for, if things are different than you had expected, then you can address the situation in the moment because there's no point in not planning, because that is just putting your life on pause. And I think we need to kind of act as if everything is going to be fine, and then we can react to that, considering what's happening at the time. But it is scary
