Happiness on spectrum!

And if you have a bad day, then you have a bad day. But those are just my kind of tips that I like to always have in the back of my mind when I'm having a kind of a poor kind of a crappy day, I'm just like, okay, well, at least I have an awesome family, or at least I'm at an incredible school. I mean, the number one in the United States

And in times when I'm not accepting that acknowledging it and letting myself just feel the way I feel instead of putting myself down for not being happy all the time. But I really like this topic. And I think it's really important for people to realize that things aren't going to be great 24/7, and that there, like you said, is a spectrum of emotion. And sometimes you'll be feeling really great. Sometimes you'll be feeling like s***. And that is

I think I mentioned in a previous well, little things that you can do is just enjoy the little things in life, such as the weather, maybe hiking, as you mentioned, being with your family, going out with friends, reading books, writing, creating topics on swell and engaging with people. Those are some of my ideas and tips. And lastly, I think I would say in general, overall, less social media

But I think every student, no matter where you go to school, feels the pain of school, work and stress. A lot of my work is actually broadcasted on social media and working with people back and forth on social media. So I guess until I retire, I can't really eliminate it. But I certainly understand the importance of putting time limits and making sure that I don't go down any type of timelines on social media where I'm missing out on life

Anyway, the thing that I want to focus on this small reply is that when we're in public or we're interacting with others, the happy persona, at least on the social media platforms, is like the accepted mode that we want to portray like somebody who has their lives put together, their stories put together. And even if things are going wrong, they have a rational, sensible and optimistic attitude

So I think, yeah, having difficult spells in life is really important to contextualize your experiences. So I mean, look, this is really great spell cast, and I'm happy you posted this. I know I'm a little late to respond, but Nevertheless, I wanted to drop that down here because I totally relate to it. And yeah, thanks for sharing
