Brain Fog. Help meeee

article image placeholderUploaded by @chlomonsta
If people know any good remedies for brain fog, that'd be fabulous. I'm really trying to figure this out. I think that maybe cutting caffeine might be the first step. But I'm curious to see what other people have have done if they've dealt with this. So let me know. Please respond if you've had a running with the brain Fog and have a good rest of your day. Looking forward to your responses

But thank you so much for sharing your experience and I hope that you and I both can tackle this issue and make it more of a conversation because I think that it's much more of a problem than your average individual is going to talk about. But anyway, thank you so much and I hope you have a great rest of your day. And if you want to continue this conversation, I would love to comment on your slow or we continue this conversation on my channel, whatever

You have brain fog, and if you have a little bit of depression and maybe you have loaded anxiety and that's kind of manifesting and brain fog and maybe it's really hard to think clearly for sensitive people in today's day and age. It's whatever you do, don't let yourself feel bad about it

@chlomonsta (🤪 I hope there's SOMETHING in here that's of value.)

It's expanding or causing us to play with not only our ways of communicating, but weaving things together and listening and remembering and being crazy and outrageous with these unexpected ideas, right? It's exercising that muscle. And so, yeah, there are days when I cannot do it and I screw it up, but it's like I'm keeping that muscle as fit as possible. And then there's times where I'll play another game as if your dream home, every door was a portal

Hey, this is a great conversation, Jennifer. Thanks for the NAC detail. Specifically, I'm gonna tag two people who've talked about some longcovet stuff connected to brain fog, so I'm gonna post also this link I had for an article sort of expanding upon your idea. Awesome. Thank you

@theprimalbrain Thank You!

Hey, Chloe monster. Thank you so much for this. I have been researching supplements and vitamins for brain fog and there's so many different options and you've narrowed it down to a list. I'm so happy about this. Yeah, I have brain fog, the sleep thing I can't conquer because I have naughty immune that wakes me up every night. There's not much I can do about that. I've done lots of research about that as swell. But thank you so much

@theprimalbrain Thanks so much 🙏

But I was also seeing Naturopaths and homeopath at the same time. And three months later, when I finally got my formal diagnosis of fibromyalgia, I had put it into remission with several different tactics, protocols, and yeah, the doctors were surprised. They said you look great. I was like, yeah, I feel great. I said, what are you doing? And I told them, they said, oh, good, just keep doing that

@theprimalbrain yes please

Oh, hey, Addendum. I don't mean to seem ungrateful, but I would like the name of that second book about neurological connections with autoimmune because I'll research it. Yes, I'm such an ungrateful beach. No, I'm really grateful. Full. Okay. Thank you. Bye

My prescription: Mental Health Days and sleeping in cycles.

It's like, okay, I need to stop life for at least a day and see what it is that I really need to take care of, whether that's sleep or doing stuff that I care about. Out. And I would say another thing regarding sleep. There's a really great book. I don't remember the author, but the title is Sleep and then the subtitles the Myth of 8 Hours. And he actually talks about how we need to sleep in cycles versus hours

And it was very difficult to enforce boundaries with people and to just change my behaviors to allow myself to rest. But that was what allowed me to survive. The brain fog, I felt like, was truly just rest and finding something that you maybe can do mentally that doesn't seem so exhausting or taxing on you

Drinks so much water. It helps keep your mind clear. It'll just help everything, period. None of us drink enough water. And he said for mental acuity and just function, just brain function, period. When you're really tired, that drinking water will help. So if it's a side effect, like, if it's a long term side effect, just doesn't sound like it is a side effect anymore of your medication if you're off of it

Hey, Megan. Just wanted to pop in here and say how helpful it is to hear your information about water. We always hear about water. We hear about breathing, we hear about water. Water. But this is really helpful to me, so I wanted to thank you. Regardless of whether I have green fire or not. This reminds me of the power of that beautiful liquid. Thanks
