But I read that a long time ago, and I've kind of drifted a little bit since I read her last time because I remember that in her book. She talked about how you should only keep things that actually bring you joy. And I feel like for me, I have a bit of a shopping problem where I constantly want to be having. I don't even know

But yeah, unfortunately, now I cannot put everything I own in this box. Maybe stuff that's really important to me, but I guess that means I should get rid of the other stuff. I don't know, but this is an interesting topic lot to think about. And thank you

Hi, Chloe. I also saw the same thing, and when I was thinking about what stuff I put in there, I actually ended up having, like this huge trip in memory Lane of how I came into contact with the things that I have and the stories they hold for me. And it kind of looks like a nice mental exercise as well. To see how much do I remember the significance of the things that I have

And I think really trusting, like, I have everything I need right now, and I'm carrying the things I need inside of me, similar to how when we lose someone that we love, like a friend or family member, we still carry all those experiences with them and the things we remember and love about them with us

No, I can't fit everything that I own in that box. But there have been multiple times in my life as a kid growing up where I could fit everything I owned in having less possessions doesn't make for MEK life. But the times in which I could fit all my things in that box were not great times. So I do think it's a great rhetorical device, certain kind of world. One requires a certain number of items and materials to function

I love your question so much and how you turned this on its head and made it about trash. It reminded me of a short documentary I watched on YouTube that was all about the state of the recycling industry right now, and essentially how much we recycle not being able to be recycled and how we had been shipping so much of it overseas. And once those sanctions were changed, a lot of it was just sitting in landfills

Thank you very much for that. Acknowledgment I've been more concerned in considering trash and not just things that I determine are trash, but the degree to which we that require Teddy bears and things. I'm not saying that we shouldn't have them. But there's whole cities in China where they produce Christmas toys just all year round for mostly our consumption and huge 600,000 acre warehouses where they produce all this stuff
