I would love people to respond with any and I had my friend Christina come on here talking about her veganism journey but I would love some tips from Vegans on how to make this change because I really want to do it and I think that the world will be the slightest bit better if I do it. Maybe, I don't know. Thank you so much for listening. Please give me your vegan tips Ciao

Going vegan is a lifestyle. Just stay on this diet. You just have to do one thing. Don't consume animals, period. That's all you have to do. Don't eat animal products. Don't eat meat. It's simple. Just don't put it in your mouth. You got it, dude

I so love that quote about voting with your fork. I've never heard that before, but I really buy into it. I think that it's crazy in a good way how much, much ideology has become a part of our dietary choices and our health choices in this generation. Because if I were to talk to my parents, they would not know what I was talking about or at least could not relate to it when they were my age

Just wanted to hop on here because I am in the exact same boat as you. I have been vegetarian for eight years and very, very happy with that lifestyle. I am lucky that I'm from La, so finding vegetarian food is very easy. I have not found any difficulty with it, honestly. And it's been great. I feel good, my body feels healthy. But I've been wanting to go vegan for a while

Dozens Cousins Beans, GRAINS: Farro, barley, balsmati rice, Pinterest recipes, HomeFresh meals, etc.

Hi, Chloe. Thank you so much for starting this conversation on the curiosity of being and becoming vegan. I believe it is absolutely a lifestyle. I also believe it's a journey too, and I have taken a similar journey being pescatarian. I love sushi, and I find that my body almost craves fish or needs those nutrients from the fish. So I've gone back and forth with this, and I'm definitely still figuring things out

Note about Dozens Cousins Beans… 😉

So I'm not a huge fan of microwaving most foods, because I know that it destroys a lot of the nutrients, and it's just not good for you to always utilize that. But when you need to, it works great. But if you don't want to use the microwave, you can just pop those beans on the stove and warm them up, warm them up in a pot, and they'll be just as awesome. So I just wanted to give that little side note on there
