Burn you some Palo, Santos or Sage. Light your favorite candle. Listen to your favorite radio station. Mine is ninety s R and B. Make your favorite meal. Think about the things that make you smile

And kind of learning just by you could just go on a walk around the block that already, I think, does something really good for your brain. It's like an act of kindness to yourself to get your body moving and get it out there. Maybe you talk to people, maybe you don't. But I think it is a good way to kind of change the temperature of your day and your mood. Yeah
