Self commitment : Daily time for yourself

You could take a walk, but what happens? You like, keep putting it off. Keep putting it off till it's late and the next thing you know you're getting a shower and ready for bed. You can do stretches at night. Stretches are really great for your body at night. Meditation. But what do we do? We choose to do other things sometimes. Things like eating healthy, making better food choices is something that we know that we need to do this on our list

And I told him I try to teach him as a young man to take some me time. Sometimes put your phone down, take your air pods out of your ear and just relax. Take a nap, go to sleep, rest your body. Because like I said, he's very active and he's just going, go and go. However, it's me time, Seth. Time is very important. So great topic. And again, thanks for sharing

Hey, I really enjoyed your episode. And I truly believe that meditation is part of a daily life besides healthy eating and exercise, because meditation forces us to reflect our day, our goals, our dreams, and makes us think and plan accordingly, either for a day or for what we want next. So I definitely agree that meditation is very important on a daily basis. So thank you for sharing. Bye
