So an 8th note is one and two and three and four and one and two and three and four. And so you do that on a high app and then you just add in the hit on the snare for beats two and four. So it sounds like this. Another thing I do is a very classic jazz beat. I don't really have a name for it, it's just so legendary. I don't know the name of it though
