"Can the elderly Bank on us?"
I'm sure at 74 just republic terms we can afford to do that. After all they are banking with your bank. They have invested all their money with you. Can't you invest a little bit of care and compassion if you are offering services right at your doorsteps? Groceries coming in ten minutes, massages essentials. Why not the bank go to the elderly as well? This is what I think of my experience and I have no issues with the person out there
But I do hope this facility really takes off and brings in some relief to the elderly, many of whom have children abroad and don't always have someone accompanying them on bank visits or helping them with their online transactions. And yeah, I hope someday banks start looking at perks that are beyond just giving higher rate of interest for senior citizen FDs and start looking at measures that will actually reduce stress and better support their older clients. So yeah, just wanted to share my two cent on this
