Today is a time when everyone is busy in making their own career money and quite busy in the businesses, study and all those things. But somewhere we also forget about our health, our physical standard, which must be retained at least to keep ourselves active all the time, talking about a fitness

And I think that at the end of the day becomes unhealthy and sort of, you know, it doesn't serve the purpose that fitness as a lifestyle is supposed to serve. It's supposed to keep us healthy. It is about holistic health. And yes, absolutely making the small choices like taking the stairs instead of a lift or walking instead of taking a vehicle, or cycling instead of taking a public vehicle to go somewhere
