And we both really like cooking and stuff like that. So it matched us really well. But I was wondering if you guys had anything that you've done virtually, maybe something you just did with, like, friends and family over lockdown or something like that. But I just want to get some inspiration and hear about your experiences as well

The other one was picking up tips on truth in there. We used to make chips on our own side and then ask one to pick up from the bowl and asking which side, which is which number? All of that. And especially as we're coming up to kind of the holiday season, we do Christmas cooking together, so we will make Christmas cookies and stuff like that. I don't know whether the person you're seeing at the moment is in the same country, but for me and my partner, there are certain things that they don't really do traditionally in the US and vice versa

Also, just like the reminder to dress up, I think, is a good one just to make sure you make the effort, even if you, like, literally could be in your pajamas. You don't necessarily have to be on our first virtual date. I put on some red lipstick, and she was like, Did you put that on for me? And I was like, yes. So I think it's nice to put in that little bit of effort. So, yeah

There are a good amount that are free, and then you can also pay a little bit to play more board games, and they are like official board games as well. Me and especially one of my partners is like really into board games literally has like over 100 so you can play games that are familiar to you. Maybe if that's your thing as well. So I just thought I would add that potentially to your list of house parties and stuff like that board game arena

Oh my goodness. Board game arena seems like exactly the thing that I need in my life. My partner loves, loves board games. How did I not know this? Thank you so much. That's a fantastic recommendation foundation and such a fantastic thread as well. I really hope more people add to this because even if people are not in long distance relationship, there are places in Europe that have now gone back into lockdown. There's threats of more lockdown

This is something we do, and it really helps when I'm down with my periods of cramps and I'm really angry in an annoying mode, and suddenly I receive a bucket of ice cream. So that really cheers you up

And, yeah, they just absolutely loved it. And I just wanted to add that as a potential idea for other people as well. If you're in the same country, you can totally send baked goods as long as it's something that's, like, relatively dry, like a cookie, not something super wet, like a cake or something like that. So that might be possible
