So I think one thing that really helped from the earlier experience in the corporate world was the ability to know your audience, tailor the message and processes around them. That's really helped me in a great way that you just can't be bombarding people with information if you are selling a product, if you are marketing a service, you need to understand what is that the audience is ready to take

We were advising NGOs generally into how they should be seen by the world and what should be their communication strategy. And all because we realize that a lot of this passion is visible on the ground, but is not visible in words and in documents, on websites, on social media, where people are seeing it. And in this course of advising NGOs, we came across multiple NGOs who were making products as a part of their intervention in employing or giving economic upliftment to the underprivileged section

Wonderful. You know, it is very interesting and also inspiring at the same time to listen to how this entire idea came about and how you are actually helping these people to reach out to a national sort of market, isn't it? Moving out of their local zones? I had earlier spoken to Zavalodani and he was talking about how people are sort of ready to give right? But there needs to be certain products, there needs to be platforms that enable them to do that

They will not go and they should not go out of the way to be able to give back. And these are shopping experiences that we are building. We are building a parallel kind of an economy here where this whole purchase can happen. And therefore, customer convenience is appearing to be the biggest lever for us also to scale up, coming to challenges
