Hello guys. Today I am going to talk about illiteracy in India. Illiteracy in India has always been a major issue leading to some of the problems of Indian society like poverty, unemployment, child labor and population explosion. India is the second largest populated country and its literacy rate is also high. Although the measures taken by government have reduced illiteracy to some extent, still 287 million people in this country are illiterate
