So I think pointing this back to your leadership is really compelling because as a leader, you'll have the foundation of kindness and confidence so that you're not searching for it. You already have it so you can go ahead and be generous and include people at your table because you were included at your mom's table. It's really a beautiful image. Thank you

I'm about to graduate in May and heading into a new path, a new journey of my life. I'm also an only child, and my family always struggled with money.
