My most favorite person used to always tell me one thing that is if you have some bond with someone and you feel you have to work under them only because you have that bond, that doesn't work because your profession is profession and your bond is bond you should never mix your emotions with your work culture. That is where many of us fail. Second thing is when you have to work with a person with whom you don't have good connection you feel like giving up
