Right. So for that, what I was thinking is first choose what is your favorite kind of thing. Like some have interest in doing painting, some have interest in doing art and craft. Right. And some others want to learn something new. What you want to learn, make a plan, schedule for that and start working on it. If you do like that, your day will be productive. You'll learn something new

So if I always had in my mind that, oh, I will try painting on a canvas, but I never did that because excuses like I don't have time, for example. So I try to instill that. And 60% of the time I try to do something that I've never thought about. I never gave much attention to it. So something that I can explore anything. For example, going to a Museum nearby. I knew about it, but I never gave thought about it
