age 🚫 wisdom

article image placeholderUploaded by @celine
I think it's so interesting how we grow and change over time. And not necessarily grow and change and experience things that are typical for our age group. I know that I've probably experienced and done things that are way ahead of my age group. And also probably way below my age group. I'm a dork sometimes. So, yeah, I just want to kind of open up the conversation and see if anyone has some life changing wisdom that I probably should know. Or that anybody should know

I think sometimes age can give you wisdom in the sense where as we age we learn things, but I don't think it gives anyone any more wisdom than someone else just because of their chronological birth age. So yes, this is a really good talking point. And the people that are older than me that I respect the most are constantly open to learning from everyone, no matter what their age is

Hi, Celine. This is a really interesting point you bring up for me. When I was growing up, I was the oldest sibling, and I also had a lot of health problems. So it's kind of evolved into me, like being a little neurotic and a little bit am worrisome

Yes, we become wise by the experiences we have lived not by the age

Always save up money, though, because as we progress to get older, we need to have our emergency savings for any very random reasons though. And I am really happy that I have my retirement savings with me since I started on my 20th birthday. I'm not going to lie to you, the money that I will eventually use somehow at some point of my life, but always to start saving money, because it's something that you're going to need more than that though
