Spirituality Series 🔮✨: Inner Work

article image placeholderUploaded by @cassidywat
Hey swell, I'm back with another spirituality series. I haven't done this in like a while but I'm really excited to be doing it again because I've done a lot of like research, if you will. I've read a lot of articles lately on inner work in just the concept of doing inner work on yourself and in the spiritual lens

And it made me realize I was being really mean to myself. And so I did some talking to my inner child but it's really hard for me to talk to my inner child because I get really sad. Like I'm being extremely vulnerable right now because I really miss my child self and I feel like she is gone and dead and I miss her and I feel like she died. So talking to my inner child is painful because I feel like she's not there

And I really appreciate you bringing it up and excited to hear kind of your thoughts on it. For me, it's everything for myself personally and for the people that I teach and mentor and the community that I'm in. I really love helping other people to be able to find themselves so that they can continue on their journey as integrated selfloving humans. So thank you so much. I love hearing about it. Have a great day. Bye

Hi. Thank you for sharing your story. That was really great to hear. Shadow work really is kind of an indepth way of looking at yourself as a whole person. The good, the bad, the ugly, the creative easy, the amazing, and really coming to grips with each part of you and accepting and loving yourself for who you are, even those things that you are not that proud of
